【Job Responsibilities】

1. Check the faults of the client's machine, eliminate the fault, and restore the normal production of the machine; after the repair of the machine, report to the customer's repairer and get the customer's confirmation;

2. Visit customers, check the operation and maintenance of the machine, guide customers to use the machine, and propose improvement measures to customers when necessary; sell machine consumables and spare parts, and realize value-added services;

3. During maintenance and visits, collection and feedback of information on the quality and performance of machines (including contract products), and suggestions for improvement; collection and feedback of customer machine information, customer development trends, and machine purchase information;

4. Participate in professional knowledge, service process training, professional skills, service skills training and assessment, and continue self-development according to industry development skills improvement, to ensure proper behavior and service skills, and provide customers with high-quality and reliable services;

5. Inspection, maintenance, testing and warehousing of damaged parts;

6. Collection and writing of technical data and maintenance cases, new colleagues; training and guidance of customer personnel, correct and proficient use of machines;

7. Other matters assigned by superiors such as test machine service.

【Qualifications】

1. College degree or above, major in machinery, and those with work experience are preferred;

2. Possess basic knowledge of machinery, electrical automation or injection molding, hydraulic integration, etc.;

3. Understand the performance of injection molding machines, be able to skillfully operate and adjust injection molding machines, and have certain experience in injection molding production;

4. Possess a good service spirit and adapt to domestic short-distance business trips.
