ELETTRICA Full-Electric Injection Molding Machine
ELETTRICA EL130 full-electric injection molding machine will show the production and manufacturing of granular building blocks on site, adopting ABS raw materials to provide excellent solutions for the toy industry. With its high repeatability, excellent stability, quick response and environmental protection, it stands out from other machines. The new generation of servo electric motor control makes its movements more precise and efficient, while avoiding hydraulic oil pollution, meeting the requirements of clean production.
In addition, ELETTRICA is equipped with a 15-inch integrated display, a control screen, and an Intel X86 processor, adopting flexible process control system and OPC-UA protocol interface. The mode-locking movement adopts linear guide rail, equipped with high response servo motor and non-contact pull rod. The speed of mold opening and closing is 700mm/s, and the control precision of mold locking position and glue melting position is ±0.01mm, which realizes the combination of high precision and high efficiency.
POTENZA-III servo energy-saving injection molding machine
POTENZA-III PT130 servo energy-saving injection molding machine adopts advanced energy-saving control technology, with the characteristics of energy saving, rapid response, high precision and excellent stability. Its shooting platform components are driven by oil pressure, which is compact in structure and convenient to operate.
